Precisely 400 years ago, Heinrich Schütz, the first German componist of international recognition, created a musical milestone in Dresden. He connected the Italian art with Middle German traditions and designed a work cycle, through which Luthers words are reinterpreted musically. And the Sound! Sometimes sensual-subtle, sometimes opulent - always touching and moving. Or put into different words: "The most beautiful music of peace of all times! With this performance, Rademann presents a masterpiece." („Die schönste Friedensmusik aller Zeiten! Mit dieser Darbietung liefert Rademann ein Meisterstück ab.“) (Eleonore Büning, FAZ)

Before the concert, there will be a talk with the artist Hans-Christoph Rademann. » further details for the introductory event
